06/06-08: Free Fishing Days.  License requirement waived for Iowa residents.  Trout Fee required to trout fish.  All other regulations, including length and possession limits, apply.

06/07: National Trails Day.

06/14-15: Free weekend on the Trail.

09/13: Middle Raccoon Canoe Float - Starts at Lenon Mill Park. Breakfast, 8-9AM. Depart, 9AM. Participants with canoes are encouraged to bring them. Limited number of canoes available from the GCCB. Call to reserve your canoe after May 1st - 641.755.3061.
